Hillary Condon
Hillary Condon is a certified paralegal in the Law Office of Sean C. Coughlin, and former journalist. Ms. Condon earned her journalism degree from
Tennessee
State
University , and her Paralegal Studies certificate from the
University of
San Diego . As a journalist, Ms. Condon has extensive, varied, experience, including covering an execution and reporting from an NFL locker room. As a paralegal, her focus is civil litigation.
Kristine Custodio, CP
Kristine Custodio is a paralegal for Butterfield Schechter LLP specializing in ERISA/employee benefits law, business law and civil litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from California State University at Long Beach where she was on the Dean’s Honor List. She completed her paralegal studies at UCSD in 2004 and became a Certified Paralegal in 2006. She is a Notary Public. She has also obtained her Human Resource Management certificate from UCSD and serves as an administrator for an adult residential facility for developmentally disabled adults. Kristine is the chair of SDPA’s school liaison committee.
Ginny Davis
Ginny
Davis has worked in law offices since moving to
San Diego from
Huntington Beach in 1975. Her first attorney was The Honorable Eddie C. Sturgeon, when he was a young lawyer. Several years and a handful of law offices later she worked for The Honorable Gerald R. Berry before he took the bench. After much thought and preparation, Ms. Davis decided to make the most of her years of experience and take the leap out on her own and now offers contract paralegal services.
Mary Elliott
Mary Elliott is currently employed as a corporate paralegal at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Ms. Elliott received a B.S. in Business Management and a USD paralegal certificate. As a strong advocate of networking, Ms. Elliott’s primary goal would be to develop and support visibility for SDPA’s members throughout the legal community.
Lavonne Kiser
Lavonne E. Kiser is a paralegal for the Law Office of Donnie R. Cox specializing in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Civil Rights for children who have been snatched by CPS. She earned her Paralegal Certificate in September 2006 from UCSD. She is a Notary Public. Previously, Lavonne worked in the Oil/Gas industry as an Administrative Assistant. Lavonne is the North County Liaison of SDPA.
Gina Lucas
Gina Lucas began her legal career in 1987 where she worked on and assisted with the trials of complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury cases as a legal secretary, paralegal and later office manager of the Law Offices of Virginia C. Nelson until 2003. She also provided various administrative duties associated with Ms. Nelson’s San Diego County Bar Presidency, and San Diego and Enright Inns of Court positions. Gina also served as the Executive Director of the Enright American Inn of Court from 2002-2003.
Gina joined the law firm of Ferrette & Slater in June of 2003, and the firm of Slater & Truxaw, LLP, in 2005, where she currently enjoys her paralegal duties in addition to serving as the firm’s administrator. She is a member of ALA, SDPA and is a notary public.
