SDPA offers a variety of paralegal-oriented MCLE seminars each year. SDPA members are allowed to attend these seminars for free or at a discount. As paralegals, we are responsible for keeping up with our continuing legal education pursuant to Business & Professions Code Section 6450. These seminars are a great way to fulfill your requirements while supporting your organization that supports you.
As SDPA members, you are eligible to participate in our highly enriching mentorship program. Mentees are matched based on practice area, interests, and location to an experienced Mentor to facilitate career development and educational growth. Mentees and Mentors meet once per month and are supported with quarterly check-ins and mixers by the School-Liaison and PR committee chairs. For more information, we encourage you to visit our Mentor page for details and to apply.
